Important Team Selection Information

Please read this important information below regarding Raiders Team Selections on the 12th, 19th and 26th of Feb!

On arrival, please report to the Raiders tent to have your name checked off. This year we will be photographing the younger players to assist the Team Selectors, and all players will have a number marked on their legs as usual.

  • Please apply sunscreen after you have been numbered, not before.
  • Listen to the directions given by the volunteers at check-in, who will advise where your waiting area is.
  • All players do not receive equal court time, but you will definitely be given the opportunity to play your two chosen positions (noted on your Registration) during the three Team Selection sessions.
  • Bring plenty of water and a hat (soft visors can be worn on court).
  • No earrings or jewellery for safety reasons.
  • Don't get too nervous - the Team Selections are designed to make sure you are allocated to the team which best suits you. Whichever team that is, be assured, you will be making lots of lovely friends!

Registrations delayed until further notice due to technical difficulties

We are currently facing some technical difficulties with our online registration process so unfortunately you will not be able to register today (as previously advertised).

We will post an announcement and let you know as soon as you are able to register for the 2020 season! We apologise and appreciate your patience.

Raiders AGM on Monday 13 January 2020!

Just a reminder that the Raiders Netball Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) is taking place next Monday 13 January 7:00pm at the WDNA Clubhouse (upstairs). All welcome!?

Raiders' AGM is a great opportunity to understand our club's activities and efforts from the previous season, meet other club members, ask questions, and also to elect our committee for the upcoming season.

Should you have any questions or think you might like to nominate for a 2020 committee position, feel free to email us at raiders.netball.club1@gmail.com. We look forward to seeing everyone next week! Please note: registration details and season information coming soon.

Rep trials in 2020

A message from Western Districts Netball Association regarding upcoming representative trials in 2020. Read below!

REP STATE AGE TRIALS:
In 2020, WDNA Rep trials for State Age Teams will be conducted over a 5 week block commencing at the start of February. The final week will include trial matches and a rep squad will be selected.
